OUR POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All records, media, gear, merchandise, and memorabilia are graded as conservatively as possible prior to listing and shipment. If the item is sealed or sold as new, we are not responsible for any defects to the item as we sell our items directly upon receiving it from the manufacturer. We also will not unseal the item to check for damages or color, unless otherwise noted, which will be stated in the listing. 

All used items are tested and accurately graded prior to listing and shipment. Any issues with used products will be stated in the description.

We typically ship out products within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 1-4 weeks for the shipment to arrive, as shipment times vary due to location. 

Everything we ship is packaged to ensure protection of the item from mishandling and damages.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, shipping errors, delays, or damages of any kind once it's been shipped out. Please check your shipping address prior to ordering to make sure your item goes to the right place. If inputted improperly, please reach out to us as soon as possible prior to us shipping it out. Once it ships however, there's nothing we can do. It's already in the hands of the United States Postal Service.


We do not sell defective or damaged items and will not ship it out if it's in that condition. If you order something that we discover prior to shipping is defective, we will reach out immediately and either cancel or discount your order.


Please note we do not accept international orders and only ship within the domestic United States.
